Our Projects

Through PYA’ s activity-, project-, and problem-based program, students in high school through college engage in true-to-life challenges such as learning how radon affects their communities to solve environmental issues, improving air quality, and proposing methods to prevent the spread of lung cancer. As they lead their own explorations, students are empowered to connect their learning to the real world, develop in-demand skills, and reimagine their potential.

The PYA program empowers industry leaders to mentor students and provide relevant, hands-on learning experiences through an activity-, project-, and problem-based approach. Whether challenging students to create animations from short stories or design clean air projects, mentors transform the student's thinking through collaboration where their project goals can come to life.
